Refund policy

We want you to be happy with IELTSKothon. This policy explains when you can get your money back for tests you bought.

1. What can be refunded

Unused paid tests can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
The refund is for the tests that are still unused on your account, at the price per test you paid. For example, if you bought 10 full tests for a total of 10 USD and used 3, the refund for the remaining 7 is 7 USD.
When a refund is approved, the refunded tests are removed from your account.

2. What cannot be refunded

Tests you have already started or completed, because each test uses paid speech and AI services as soon as it begins.
Free practice tests (they were free).
Dissatisfaction with an estimated band score. Scores are practice estimates, not official IELTS results, and are not guaranteed to match your real exam.
Problems caused by your device, microphone or internet connection, unless the test could not be scored (see section 3).
Accounts closed for breaking our rules, such as sharing an account or abusing the service.

3. Tests that fail because of us

If a test cannot be scored because of an error on our side, the test is returned to your balance automatically so you can take it again. If it keeps failing, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

4. How to request a refund

Log in and open Request a refund.
Choose how many unused full and mini tests you want refunded, add your payment transaction ID if you have it, and tell us the reason.
We review requests within 3 business days. If approved, we send the money back through the same method you paid with and tell you the reference of the refund.
